How can I return products?


1. Go to "My Account" in the "Admin Panel" section on the We are one.

2. Please click on “Order Requesting Payment” button and view the details of your order.

3. Click the "Return" button.


What is your return policy?


  • The return period is 30 days after you receive the product.

* You must send your returns from the country of your delivery address so that the customs procedures can be completed.


• Towel, underwear, swimwear, bikinis can be returned if these are:

  • not opened
  • not worn
  • in the same condition you received them
  • unused

• If the returned products are identified as having been used, worn or washed, we may have to send them back to you. In this case there will be no refund.


When will I receive the refund for my returned/cancelled orders?




  • PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.
  • Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within three to five business days.
  • Prepaid Card: Refunds cannot be processed to prepaid cards.
  • Afterpay Orders: Any refunds processed for Afterpay orders will show in your account as from “Afterpay”. Refunds are processed differently based on how many payments you’ve made. You can find specific details on Afterpay refunds here!




How can I track my order?




You can go to "My Account" > "My Orders" on the home page and check the status of your order. Note: You need to log in to the website to reach this page.


After completing your order, you will receive the following notification messages:

1. A notification that the payment was successful

2. A notification when your order is shipped

3. A notification that your order has been delivered to you.
